Some voice tools have a Privacy Mode you have to enable. Rubil doesn't have one, because the only mode is private.
We don't watch you to get smarter
Rubil doesn't observe your dictation patterns to improve. It only knows what you explicitly add to your Glossary. You teach it. We don't surveil.
We never read your screen

Your Glossary is a short list of words you want spelled a certain way: teammate names, acronyms, project codes, industry terms. You add them once and Rubil uses your spelling every time after that. Most people finish theirs in a few minutes.
You decide what goes in. Rubil never adds anything on its own, and it does not keep what you dictate. Your Glossary holds only what you put there, encrypted in your account.

Most voice dictation tools do one of two things. They either transcribe exactly what you said (including the mess), or they rewrite it in the AI's voice. Rubil does neither. It formats your words for the platform you're writing in. The same voice input becomes a structured email in Gmail, a concise message in Slack, or a formatted ticket in Jira.
